Our kitchen team led by Franz Bolz jun. cooks for you culinary delights from regional Swabian specialties to fancy, light dishes of fish and wild game.
With our daily changing menu, we value seasonal, as well as local and organic products. Vegetarian guests are offered a special selection of meatless delicacies.
Of course our restaurant is handicapped accessible.
Depending on the season, we organize alternating specialties weeks, e.g. of fish, wild game, asparagus, mushrooms and poultry.
Family celebrations, business lunches or travel groups can be comfortably accommodated in our 3 restaurant rooms and additional summer terrace.
